How to Link Your Account

1. Start the Game

Launch Granblue Fantasy and select Menu in game.

Select Settings.

Select Sign In to Cygames ID. When the account linking screen appears, select Link with Web Version.

2. Connect your Steam account using a web browser.

Granblue Fantasy will open in your web browser. Once open, select Continue.

Select the Steam icon, then select OK.

Sign in to Steam.

Agree to the Steam connection permissions, then select Sign In.

3. Sign In to Cygames ID

After returning to Granblue Fantasy in your web browser, select Settings once again, then Sign In to Cygames ID.

When the account linking screen appears, select Link Account.

Review the Terms of Use and Privacy Policy, then sign in to Cygames ID.

New Users
Signing in with an unregistered third-party account or email address will automatically create a new Cygames ID.

Existing Users
Sign in using the credentials associated with your Cygames ID.

If you're creating a new Cygames ID account, an email titled "[Cygames ID] Membership Registration Completed" will be sent to the email address used to register the account.
If you have not yet received an email, please refer to this link.
Warning: If you sign in with a new or unlinked third-party account, a new Cygames ID will be created. This new account will not share purchase history, payment information, or other data from your original account.

4. Link Your Game Account

A confirmation screen requesting permissions will appear. Verify the requested permissions, then select Allow.

After returning to Granblue Fantasy in your web browser, the linking process will be complete.

Once complete, your link status can be checked on your Cygames ID Account Information page.

How to Unlink Your Account

1. Launch the Game

Launch Granblue Fantasy and select Menu in game.

Select Settings.

2. Unlink Your Game Account

Select Sign In to Cygames ID.

A confirmation screen to unlink your Cygames ID will appear. Review the information and select Unlink.

A pop-up notification will confirm that your game account is no longer linked.
