For Users Registered Outside Japan

ᵇ Please confirm available options the Payment Method screen.
ᶜ Apple Pay and Google Pay are only supported when linked to a credit card.
ᵈ Amazon Pay supports credit/debit cards, Amazon Gift Cards, Paidy, and partner points (JCB, OKI, Doki).

About Setting Payment Method

You can save your credit card information to your Cygames ID account in the Payment Methods & Order History page under Account Information.

Once your credit card has been registered, you'll be able to use it to make purchases on the Cygames WebStore.
However, your registered credit card may be unusable in certain situations. For more information, please refer to the notices below.

Notice

If the region for the game account for which you wish to make a purchase is not set to Japan, your registered credit card will not be selectable when making a purchase.
Purchases made in Japan using overseas credit cards may be declined due to fraud protection. Certain credit card companies may issue cards that do not support online payment or 3D Secure 2.0. Please confirm your card's features with your credit card provider.

What Is a Security Code (CVV)?

This is a 3- or 4-digit number located on your card, usually near the card holder's signature. Its location may vary depending on your card provider.
For numberless cards, please check your banking app.
