What Is Cygames WebStore?

The Cygames WebStore is an official platform where players can purchase in-game currency and special items. To use the WebStore, you must have a game account linked to your Cygames ID. (Linking Game Accounts)

Purchasing Items

To use the WebStore, you must have a game account linked to your Cygames ID. (Linking Game Accounts)

1. Select Your Items

Sign in with a game account linked with Cygames ID, then select the items you'd like to purchase.

2. Add Items to Your Cart

Select an item to view its details. Confirm the quantity using the + and - buttons, then select Add to Cart.
Purchases can also be made from the Item Info screen.

Most items are limited to 3 per transaction. Some items also have a purchase limit per account.

Removing Items

Select X to remove an item. If you've removed an item by mistake, select Undo on the pop-up notification.

Emptying Your Cart

Press the cart icon at the bottom to open the Cart Details screen and press Empty Cart to clear all items at once.

Purchase Limit Errors

If an item exceeds a purchase limit, tap Refresh Cart in the pop-up notification to automatically remove any items that exceed the purchase limit.

3. Check Out

Select the cart icon to confirm your cart details before proceeding to payment.

4. Select Payment Method

Select a payment method, then follow the instructions on the screen.

5. Purchase Confirmation

Once your order is successful, a confirmation message will be displayed.

6. Receive Your Items

Purchased items are delivered directly to your game account.
Example: In Shadowverse: Worlds Beyond, items purchased through the Cygames WebStore will appear on the Home screen.

If items do not appear, please check your order history on the WebStore, verify your internet connection, and restart the game. If the issue persists, contact User Support.

Confirming Item Info

Further details about an item can be displayed.

Select the Item Info button in the bottom left corner of the item pop-up.

The Item Info screen will display containing item and game details.
Pressing the Add to Cart button will move to the Cart Details screen. (To add additional items to your cart, press Add to Cart from the main store screen.)

You can share the details of an item on the social media of your choice by pressing the Share button on its Item Info screen.

Your Order History

You can track your transactions while signed in by selecting Order History under Account Information.

The following information will be displayed in your Order History.

Payment Processed: Payment complete; items delivered to the game.
Processing: Payment is being verified or items are being delivered.
Canceled: Payment failed or was timed out.
Refunded: The transaction payment was refunded.

All sales on the Cygames WebStore are final. We do not accept cancellations, returns, or exchanges once a purchase is complete. Please refer to our policy for details.
If the payment process exceeds a certain amount of time, the transaction will be automatically cancelled and will not appear in your order history.

Details for each order can be viewed by selecting the Details button.

Your order history can also be sorted by game.

Cancellations, Returns, and Exchanges

Due to the nature of digital content, all Cygames WebStore sales are final. We do not accept cancellations, returns, or exchanges once a purchase is complete. Refunds on payments also cannot be processed.
If the digital content is found to be faulty or was not delivered correctly due to a system error, we will conduct an investigation. Based on the results, we will either redistribute the item or issue a refund. We cannot offer refunds for issues caused by the user's internet connection or device compatibility. We do not issue formal receipts. Please use your order history or email confirmation for your records.
If you close your Cygames ID account, you will no longer be able to access the WebStore or view your order history. Even if you re-register with the same email or third-party account, your previous purchase data cannot be recovered. However, items already delivered to your game(s) will remain available.
