If an error occurred while processing payment and the issue is not resolved after some time, your order will automatically be canceled.
It may take several hours for the order cancellation email to be sent. (Canceled transactions may not appear in your Purchase History.)

If your ordered items do appear in your game's inventory after you've received a cancellation email, please check to see if payments on other orders have been completed on the Purchase History page, or the Order Number on any order confirmation emails you've received.

Since each transaction has its own unique Order Number, checking the number against your Purchase History is the most efficient way of confirming the status of your orders.
